Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting Thursday 5th September
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Pony Club Association of Queensland Inc will be held at 7:00pm on Thursday, 5th September, 2024 via Zoom

PLEASE NOTE:
- A General Meeting of the Association shall consist of the Management Committee and one delegate from each affiliated club.
- No delegate may represent more than one affiliated club.
- Substitute or proxy appointments must be in writing and be received by the Chairman prior to the commencement of the meeting.
- Any number of observers may register – but may not vote.

Clubs & Zones have until Wednesday, 31st July, 2024 to submit motions for the AGM. The agenda will then be finalised and posted to all clubs and zones no later than the 8th August 2024.
